FamCare is especially designed for your family members. It serves both as a pill reminder for medicine users, and also a real-time monitor for care takers to assist the medicine users to take their medicine.
Now with FamCare, medicine users will not only get notified by convenient FamCare reminders but also by their care takers, such as their relatives and doctors, in person. Hence, no more dosage will be taken wrong or missed !
Besides, under our special two-mode design, by one tap on the mode selector, every FamCare user can become a medicine user and a care taker at the same time.

CAN I BECOME BOTH A MEDICINE USER AND A CARE TAKER AT THE SAME TIME?
Yes, you can become a medicine user and a care taker at the same time by tapping the mode selector on top of the home screen.
HOW CARE TAKERS CONNECT TO THEIR MEDICINE USERS?
Every FamCare user will be given an user ID. If you are a medicine, sharing your ID with your care takers will allow them to monitor your medicine.
HOW CARE TAKERS FOLLOW MY MEDICINE STATUS?
Every time you finish taking the medicine, you will have to tap "Taken !" on the notification or the home screen so that they can follow your medicine status.
WHY I COULDN'T RECEIVE REMINDERS?
If you did not choose "allow notifications" while first time entering FamCare, please go to Settings> FamCare on your device to turn on "Allow Notifications" and "Background App Refresh".
CAN I SEE WHO'S MONITORING MY MEDICINE?
Yes, you can approve or blovk your care takers at any time by tapping the switch on your care taker list.
IF I DON'T HAVE INTERNET CONNECTION, WILL I STILL RECEIVE NOTIFICATIONS?
Yes, you will still receive notifications to take your medicine. Only creating new medicine requires Internet connection.
